I had three generations of Arias brothers on board today for what was going to be a six hour, trolling and live bait drifting charter. Unfortunately the wind has been blowing all week creating a sloppy sea, so we decided to do a four hour troll trip instead.
Right out the inlet, once we started to see about 100 foot depth we got slammed on one of the way back baits and Juan Camilo, who had inquired about catching a Mahi as he boarded, was given the honor of the first hook up and he had his hands full bringing in a 15 pound Mahi.
The fun continued as we started to pick up some nice ten pound kingfish and one lonely bonita. At this point the group decided they had enough fish and enough sloppy seas, so we packed up and headed for the inlet. The brothers had a great time, made great memories, and I know they will be back to join us.
