After last night's front blew through, I was looking forward to checking out the striper scene today. I had Ken and Paul Betkowski and Jim Bausch with me today for a day of jigging and trolling. The morning started  out with going through the inlet in the dark with big rollers coming from the east (interesting), to flat calm, to someone turning on the big northwest fan which created an interesting offshore chop! The wind finally lay down in the afternoon and it was a beautiful fall day. The fishing was pretty good too, with some 30 odd blues being released and some stripers being invited to take the ride home!!
