Today we had repeat customers Fred Lametta and his son Joey out for some striper fishing. The bite continues full blast down south, so we ran down there early through some sloppy seas due to the hard south wind. Arriving at our spot we started jigging with Ava's and braid trolling umbrella shads and quickly boxed our limit.. We went into catch and release mode for about an hour, but the wind was picking up and the whitecaps were building so we decided to head for the barn. The hard south wind made for pretty smooth sailing home and we got back to the dock early, another great trip in the books.
