Quick trip this morning for Michael and Hannah because of lumpy seas. The troll produced lots of bonita, after the 10th one we switched over to the drift and still caught another ! We also got Queen trigger, sand tiles, mutton snappers, grunts and remoras. We bolted when the lumpy seas started to bother them.

Constantine brought his family out today, we started out trolling and caught a mixed bag of Barracudas, King Mackerel, and Bonita. When we switched over to bottom drifting we picked up grunts, parrot fish, triggers, and a 53 inch, 40 lb King Mackerel.

West Palm Beach Fishing Charter

Mike and his family came out today and all of the stars aligned correctly or maybe I stepped in something lucky, but as soon as we started trolling we hooked up to a big fish on the deep rod. Daniel worked it in and it turned out to be a big African Pompano. I have never heard of one being caught on the troll before ! We kept working the area and picked up a bonita, and then the next rod went off and it turned out to be a sailfish ! We kept picking away at fish for the next hour catching more bonita, barracudas, and a small mahi. When we went on the drift we picked up a couple of grunts, watched a rreally large king mackerel bite through the leader right at the boat and theen got another big bonita ! It was a great trip  !

Singer Island Fishing Charter

Jason and Melissa joined us today, I went back to thee same spot we fished two days ago, but it was much tougher today. Crystal clear water made the fish much tougher to catch. We hung in there and managed a few snappers and Bonita. Also found a hatchling leatherback turtle swimming on the surface, never saw that before !

Palm Beach Charter Fishing

Jorge and his son Sebastian joined us today, I headed south to an area I haven't fished in about three months. I asked the boys if they wanted a lot of action (THINK BONITAS) or did they want eating fish and they opted for eating fish. We stuck to the drift and it paid off, we boated 3 nice King Mackeral, released a couple of Mutton Snappers, and still caught Bonitas ! Great trip for new clients !!@

Danny and buddies came out today for a drift trip, a little breezier than forecasted but we still were able to put a nice catch together

Bryan brought his boys out today for some drift fishing. Offshore we had 4 knots of current, when we came inshore around 80" we had 2 knots of current !  The fish didn't like this but we made the best of the situation and still got some nice Lane Snappers and some other reef fish. Sam got his personal best fish today on a spinning rod.... Bonita !

Back at it again with Amador, we had tough fishing today because of lightning storms overnight and very strong currents caused by the full moon.  In spite of this Amador managed to bring in a trophy sized Red Grouper and his buddies did ok too.

Pat brought his work buddies out today for a drift trip and we again kept them busy working the reef. Ten different kinds of fish came up, we boated around 22 fish, keeping some for dinner and releasing the rest.

Singer Island Fishing Charters

Will came out by himself today and he had a world class fishing trip. We started out the drift near the north end of the island and started picking at some grunts and porgies. Will was winding in a small fish when our deep rod went off and upon lifting it I knew it was a good one. I passed thee rod to Will when all of a sudden one of our back spinning rods with a live bait went off and we had a 6 1/2 foot long Sailfish rocketing to the surface. Will finished off the deep fish, landing a 15 pound mutton snapper and then jumped on the long spinner and landed a very large Sailfish. A few more reef fish and then we headed for home !

Palm Beach Fishing Charter

Another great day on the drift, Dave brought his two 13 year old boys out and we caught 10 different kinds of fish, boating 22 fish total. Cloudy sky, no wind, it was great !

Great trip today, cloudy sky, no wind to speak of, 2 knot current north, and some anglers who really enjoyed the experience.  We caught 10 different kinds of fish on the drift including Parrots, Grunts, Sand Tiles, Squirrels,  Porgies, Remoras, Triggers, Bonita, King Mackerel, and Yellowtail Snappers. This trip was fun from start to finish.

Coming off the full moon and Friday's lack of current, the fishery is coming back. On the drift we got Porgies, Triggerfish, Blue Runners, and a massive Bull Shark. When we went on the troll we caught 30 Bonita, a nice King Mackerel, and a Great Barracuda.

The current started moving today, bottom fishing was still off, but on the troll Minor and his boys caught 20 Bonita, and a nice mahi.

Seven year old Isaac came out with the family to play, but the current dropped out and the fish forgot to bite. We didn't get skunked, we got a small Mahi we released, a Barracuda, and a Bonita. We worked really hard, covered a huge area trolling and then went on the drift and still couldn't get a bite going. Back at it tomorrow, wish me luck !!

Eddie came out today and we switched things up and went drift fishing first. The current slowed down a bit so the bottom bite was better, we ended up with seven different types of bottom fish, triggers, porgies, African Pompano, snappers , Parrots, everything was feeding. Then we went on the troll and got blitzed by Bonita and went home tired !!!

We got a late start today, didn't leave the dock until 3 PM, but I went back to where we had been fishing because I had been reading a lot of life there. We started off on the drift this time and bottom fishing was still a little slow, probably because of a lot of current, but Trace and Lane picked at Triggers and Porgies. When we went on the troll things blew up, we released 6 big bonita and kept a nice King Mackerel.

Jay brought some family out today, because of a 10:00 start I didn't know what to expect. The troll was a little slow, we got one nice mahi and a bonita. Drift fishing was real good, I couldn't get a second bait in the water before the first rod was going off with big bonitas. Lots of action. The bottom fishing was slow due to a very fast current, we couldn't' keep baits down there !

Fifteen year old Hunter brought his grandparents out fishing today, the trolling action was good, but the stiff breeze made him uncomfortable on the drift, so we headed in early.

Great trip today for Matt and his buddies. We started out trolling and caught 19 Bonita and one Mahi. We released all but three of the bonita, keeping them for bait. We then went on the drift and caught a few more bonita, 9 RaInbow Runners, a Yellowtail Snapper, a bunch of Blue Runners and ran the gauntlet of a bunch of large bull sharks. A lot of fun today !

Frank brought his family out today and when he and his wife were booking the trip, they inquired about the possibility of getting a large enough fish to mount, and enough fish to bring back home in a cooler. Well in addition to getting the usual reef fish and releasing a very large bonita, we boated a 42" and a 40" King Mackerel... I filleted the fish and Frank is having replica mounts made of both. A very good day for everyone !!

Shane brought his family out from Oklahoma for their first salt water experience. The troll was very slow with only one Bonita hitting a trolled strip and skirt. When we switched over to drifting, thing got real interesting, real fast as King Mackerel and very large Bonita started hitting our live baits rigged on spinning rods. This crew had all they could handles as our rods repeatedly screamed in protest when fish hit the baits at mach speed !

Josh and Mark joined us today for an 8 hour charter. It started out with calm conditions but as forecasted as the day continued , the seas started to build. The fish didn't mind the building seas and we finished up with 2 mahi, a large Blackfin tuna, a Bonita and a  Vermillion Snapper. We had a smooth ride home because the building seas were coming from the north as we headed south.

Aaron and his boys came out today for some trolling and drift fishing. A south current seemed to shut down most of the fish, but we still found enough to keep things interesting ! 

Rhonda brought her family out today and there were a lot of firsts ! Ariel got to see how a remora can stick to surfaces,  Corey (a fresh water fisherman) got to see how tough a sailfish can be, and the whole family took part in a bonita blitz ! Lots of fun today on the boat ! 

Regular client Tom came out today and we went looking for Blackfin tuna with live bait, fishing from 200 to 400 feett deep. No love from the tunas, we drifted over 12 miles with out seeing any sushi prospects ! Tom did reel in a big Scalloped Hammerhead on 30 lb test, I was impressed by that and later on he got a big jack crevalle. 

Took a group out to the deep today looking for Blackfin tuna. We got one but I realized Paul has been out in thee sun too much !!

Singer Island Fishing Charter 

Flat calm again today so the trolling was a little slow. we released a couple of big Bonitas. Drift fishing was very good with lots of action for the Roussis family with children aging 2 1/2, 5 and 8 we had our hands full ! We ended up with mutton snappers, yellowtail snappers, Queen and Grey Triggers, Porgies, French Grunts, Parrotfish, and Blue Runners. It was a perfect kid's trip.

Bambi brought her family our today, but it was just too flat calm for good fishing! Flat ocean, bright sun with no cloud cover, make for very tough trolling. When we switched over to drift fishing, things came alive with Queen and Grey triggers and large amberines. Just the right size for young anglers.

Great trip today, Jen and Jeff came out and we stuck to the trolling mode. The first fish hit just as we put the lines in and we had pretty constant action all morning. We ended up keeping three Mahi and 5 Bonita and released 6 Bonita. lot's of action for two anglers!

Strong northwest wind against a strong current made for some tough fishing today. We had one sailfish cruise by and snatch a kite bait missing both hooks ! The bottom bite was ok, but 8 mutton snappers were all short and and nice keeper red grouper knew the season was closed... I heardd him giggling as he swam awway !

When Mary booked the trip she said she wanted a Billfish....well we got her two ! And yellowtail snappers, grouper, porgies, grunts, amberjack, sand tilefish and a bunch of other reef fish. It was a great day on the drift, I didn't try trolling and it paid off. Breezy weather had the fissh snapping and kept us very comfprtable !

Well the wind finally stopped blowing but the water was dirty and we had a south drift . Aaron brought out his family and friends and we caught fish in spite of the poor conditions. Alexa tangled with a Goliath Grouper on a light bottom rod with predictable results, we caught a couple of small Blacktip sharks, a Spanish Mackerel and some bottom fish.

Kristen and Joe brought their family out on a breezy day so we stayed in the Intercoastal  channel. It took a while for thee fish to turn on but they finally woke up. We broke a grappel today, I never did that before ! The kids were a lot of fun and I look forward to fishing with them again !

<div>We started out in the ocean thus morning but the seas started to build so we ducked back in to fish the Intercoastal channel. The Lane Snappers were hungry so Joe and Bryan caught a bunch, i filleted them and the chef at Rafiki Tiki made them a great lunch !</div>

A lot of wind forecasted for today so we stayed in the Intercoastal. The wind came up but we were nice and protected. The snappers cooperated and the boys had a great time !

Today was just a beautiful day, moved tomorrows charter to today because of the impending forecast of lots of wind. Great day but almost four knots of current so the trolling was better than the drift fishing ! That doesn't happen often. Kaila brought her family out and we had a great time !

We had some guests make the drive over from Labelle this morning and after they put in that kind of effort I had to find some fish for them. We started out trolling picking up some Bonitas and then switched over to drfift fishing and the bottom fish kept them busy ! A beautiful morning on the water

Bryce, and his family rejoined us after last year's successful fishing trip, we decided to head north on a flat calm day. We picked up a couple of bonita on the troll as well as one peanut dolphin. We encountered heavy boat traffic up north, which put down the kingfish bite that we traveled north for, we lost a dolphin on the drift, but managed a couple of reef fish. Pretty day but the fish were not cooperative !

Best foreign trip ever, covering at least 40 years of travel. I left on March 1st with long time friends Mike and Dave, we flew to Panama City and then took another flight to David. An hour long car ride and we were at Bocas Del Mar in Boca Chica, Panama . We spent 4 days jigging and popping for fish and by the end of thee trip I couldn't believe how sore my right arm was ! We caught a dozen varieties of fish, had fresh fish every night and I would go back tomorrow if I could ! But somebody has to run the boat so I came home. Enjoy the photos !

A rising barometer and a full moon made for some tough fishing today, but we still managed to scratch out some fun and some keepers !

Dave and Chris joined us today, I pushed offshore but I didn't like the conditions I saw and the wind started to build. I ran back to the inlet because the outgoing tide had started and we put together a great catch of Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish. We invited the fish to join us for lunch at the marina and everbody had a great time (except maybe the fish !!)

Glenn brought his family out for a combination troll and drift fishing trip and everybody had a good time . We caught King Mackerel, bonita, jack crevalle, small snappers and seven small blacktip sharks.

Average bottom fishing trip today with Mark and Mike, when an above average visitor joined us on the drift... an extra large Hammerhead shark !

Keith returned with his sons, a sailfish was on his bucket list, and the boys age 6 and 9 just wanted to catch fish. We went on the drift and caught a sailfish right away on the kite. The boys were able to boat a mutton snapper, red grouper, triggerfish, and blue runners. Everybody had a great time...including the captain !
